COVID-19 Update – March 20, 2020

To our Clients and Visitors

Premier Blaine Higgs declared a State of Emergency in NB on March 19, 2020.  Public facing non-essential businesses are mandated to close by law.

We understand many of our clients with income tax refunds still wish to file their personal income tax returns as soon as possible to access as much cash available to them during this time.  This is important to you and us.

We strongly encourage all our clients to use secure electronic transmission of their information so we can limit contact exposures.  Call or email your SAN advisor any time to provide you with a secure link for electronic information transfer.

To still allow our clients the ability to securely provide us with their information for tax return and file preparation where electronic means are not otherwise available, we will allow limited access for drop off only:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays            10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays                          12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Please adhere to our social distancing measures in place:

  • Place your information in the drop box at our 2nd floor reception
  • Do not cross the barrier in place
    • we must ensure a 2-meter distance is maintained for our manned reception desk
    • inform the receptionist from the safe distance who you have dropped off information for
  • Your physical information will be quarantined for 24 hours before it is safely handled

Our Partners and Staff continue to work, just not from our regular premises.  You can reach your SAN advisor at any time to discuss how we plan to handle your work.  Please connect with us by our available offsite communication channels (cell phone and/or email):
